We are looking for a full-time Junior or Mid-Level UX Designer to support our team remotely or in our Vienna office. If you think puns like "UX designers never get lost … they have impeccable navigational skills" are funny, then this job posting might be right for you.
Your Profile
- You know Figma like your favorite song (who knows what the back of their hand is like?!)
- You have that special feel for design
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
- Experience with user research techniques and usability testing
- Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and guidelines
- You have an opinion and are happy to share it
- You have work experience as a UX designer
Your Responsibilities
- You conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design process
- You create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts
- You design user interfaces that are visually appealing, functional, and consistent
- You collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience
- You conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- You stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
